The gîte is available from mid-March to mid-October.

In July and August, the minimum rental period is 5 nights. Rentals for at least 2 nights are only possible last minute if the gîte is not booked for a week.

In the early and late season the rental period is flexible with a minimum of three days.

Arrival always from 3 p.m., departure before 12 p.m.

 

The rental rates per week/day for 4 persons are (for 2 persons -25%):

March - May €812/ €116

June €1170/€167

July-August €1407/€201

September-October €1170/€167

 

The rent includes the use of bed linen, electricity and gas, but excludes €70 cleaning costs and a €150 deposit.

 

Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited within the gîte. After 11:00 PM, guests must maintain a quiet night's rest, including for the sake of the neighbors.

 

You will receive an email confirmation of your request. The reservation will be valid upon payment of 50% of the total rental amount. The remaining payment is due no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. If you book within 6 weeks of the start of the rental period, the full rental amount must be paid.

 

In case of cancellation up to 3 months before the arrival date, 25% of the rent remains due, up to 1 month before the arrival date 50% and within 1 month before the arrival date 75%.
